
Patenggang Pinisi
A restaurant shaped like a traditional Indonesian Pinisi ship, set on the edge of Patenggang lake. It is a popular spot thanks to its eye-catching architecture, and with stunning views of the lake, surrounding tea plantations and mountains makes this a must visit spot. The restaurant is part of a resort and is known for its rope bridge entrance and the bow of the ship is a great photo opportunity.

Kawah Putih, which means "White Crater" in Indonesian, was formed after the eruption of Mount Patuha in the 10th century. The sulfuric content of the lake gives it its distinctive milky-blue color, and the surrounding white sand and rocky cliffs enhance the ethereal landscape.
Opened to visitors in 1987. The lake is 2,430 metres (7,970 ft) above sea level so the climate is often quite chilly.
Kawah Putih is a sizeable highly acid lake (pH 0.5-1.3) that changes colour from bluish to whitish green, or brown, depending on the concentration of sulfur and the temperature or the oxidation state
