IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE.
​As the venue for the WBC is on an active airbase every person will need security clearance.
Yudhiana will be looking after this and we will need everyone's passport to get the clearance to create a security tag that will need to be used every time entering the base. Information will be sent to everyone in January regarding this.
Transportation to and from accommodation to the Field will be by vans and buses including the fun day. This trip is around 30mins.
