To allow travel time between Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) and Accommodation it is recommended you arrive ONE (1) day before registration day on Saturday 25th July or early morning Sunday 26th - Day of registration. PLEASE NOTE you will need to book one night stay at hotel or elsewhere.

Quickest option - Taxi to Halim Station from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) for Fast Train (https://ticket.kcic.co.id/webTrade/#/home/ticketList)(Whoosh Train) to Padalarang Station with Taxi or Grab App (https://www.grab.com/my/download/)to hotel. Travel time between 3.5 - 4.5 hours Fast train runs every 30 minutes. Tickets can be pre-booked or at station - be mindful of possible delays if prebooking. Bus/Van Option - Airport to Hotel. Travel time between 4 - 5.5 hours Please remember to tell us your Flight number and arrival time.

The Hotel has ATM's and banks on site. To use Banks you will need to have an account with them to change money and NO money changers nearby. Best Option: Open WISE (https://wise.com)account and order physical card, add money to card in Indonesian rupiah to withdraw at any ATM or pay with card.

Once we have your departure flight information (Time and Flight number) we will offer alternatives to get you to your flight on time with options of fast train or bus direct. Please remember to tell us your Flight number and Departure time.

Once you have paid for your deposit, the organisers will contact you to start the security clearance for field access - No Security Pass, Strictly NO ACCESS to the field. This can take up to 3 months, do not delay any more in paying the deposit. Don't forget your visa to enter Indonesia, this can be done at the airport on arrival or up to 72 hours before you leave home.
