GETTING TO BANDUNG

VISA REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER INDONESIA.

Everyone will need a Tourist Visa to enter Indonesia, this is available on arrival at Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta airport (CGK) via the VOA (Visa on Arrival), this can also be done before you travel and recommended.

In addition to your Tourist Visa, you will now also need to complete an Arrival Card Submission, this can only be done within 3 (three) days prior arrival in Indonesia, this can also be completed on the official site.

The Visa will be valid for 30 days, best apply a few days before your departing for Indonesia. Cost is around $35 USD.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING FLIGHTS TO INDONESIA

1. I urge you all to arrive 1 day early being the 25th July so that we can register everyone on the 26th, keeping in mind that travel time can take up to 5 hours from Jakarta airport code (CGK) to get to the hotel.

2. Please book your own accommodation at the Grand Sunshine Hotel for the 25th (one night only) with the hotel direct or via Booking.com or other accommodation apps https://www.grand-sunshine.com/#accomodation. 3. When you arrive at Jakarta Airport take a Bluebird Taxi or Grab https://www.grab.com/vn/en/transport/taxi/ to

Halim Station and buy a ticket for the Fast Train Whoosh and get off at Pandalarang Station. The taxi takes

about 45 to 75 minutes depending on traffic cost approx $25aud or 13 Euro. The cost for the Fast train is

$20 to $35aud depend on class, total time for fast train Halim Station to Padalarang is 35 minutes and

4. Once you have arrived at Pandalarang station we will attempt to pick everyone up but you can also take

the Bluebird taxi or Grab taxi service from Pandalarang station to our hotel the Grand Sunshine Resort

and Convention in Soreang it would take about 30 minutes and around $20aud.
