GETTING TO BANDUNG
VISA REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER INDONESIA.
Everyone will need a Tourist Visa to enter Indonesia, this is available on arrival at Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta airport (CGK) via the VOA (Visa on Arrival), this can also be done before you travel and recommended.
In addition to your Tourist Visa, you will now also need to complete an Arrival Card Submission, this can only be done within 3 (three) days prior arrival in Indonesia, this can also be completed on the official site.
The Visa will be valid for 30 days, best apply a few days before your departing for Indonesia. Cost is around $35 USD.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING FLIGHTS TO INDONESIA
1. I urge you all to arrive 1 day early being the 25th July so that we can register everyone on the 26th, keeping in mind that travel time can take up to 5 hours from Jakarta airport code (CGK) to get to the hotel.
2. GETTING TO ACCOMODATION FROM AIRPORT (JARKARTA INTERNATIONAL CGK)
Due to large variance in arrival times, and flight information not passed on to the organisers it is not achievable to have a bus pick up from Jakarta International airport (CGK) to the hotel. Here are some options to help you.
OPTION 1: Whoosh Train (Fastest)
On arrival to Jakarta (CGK) take Taxi/Grab to Halim Station (40km) for whoosh train, tickets can be purchased at station, the train runs every 30 minutes https://ticket.kcic.co.id/webTrade/#/home/index
Travel to Padalarang Station, then Taxi/Grab to Hotel (25km). Total travel time 3hrs approx.
OPTION 2: Panoramic Scenic Train
On arrival to Jakarta (CGK) take Taxi/Grab to Gambir Station(30km) for scenic train, for the panoramic carriage tickets can sell out, it is recommended to pre-purchase 17 to 45 days in advance. Travel to Stasiun Hall in the city center of Bandung, then Taxi/Grab to Hotel (19km). Total travel time 5hrs approx.
If booking train tickets in advance, be mindful of travel time from Airport to Gambir station (30km) as travel time could be up to and over 1 hour.
